Liber” is the Latin origin for book or collection of books, i.e., library. Fitting as we are a music library, but also fitting because “liber” is the origin of “liberate”, which means setting free or open. We are building a music library that frees great music from the overly complex and arcane business models that have prevailed in spite of their dilapidated constructs. We are also building a full-service music distribution and administration company that provides composers and artists with fair terms and transparent reporting so that they can fully concentrate on what they do best – create great music!
